Lady Jane shoes are custom-made according to each client’s individual specifications, not mass-produced. They are available exclusively through a Lady Jane Representative who will assist the client in choosing from the many options available in fit, styles, materials, and colors. Please allow 7 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Lady Jane Representatives currently are available in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area for individual consultations, shoe parties, and corporate events where clients may view and try on samples to ensure proper sizing. Clients outside the Atlanta metropolitan area who wish to order our shoes should contact us for special ordering arrangements.
Gift Certificates
A Gift Certificate for a pair of Lady Jane shoes will be a most thoughtful present or a personalized motivational incentive award for your high-achieving associates. Please call Lady Jane for more information.

Returns
Lady Jane makes every reasonable effort to ensure a good fit, and will make adjustments if necessary. However, since Lady Jane shoes are custom made for each client, like all custom made products, returns are discouraged. In case of a manufacturing defect, Lady Jane will accept returns for replacement or repair, at our option, provided the shoes are returned, unworn, within 14 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the shoes have been worn. Shipping charges on returned shoes, and the risk of loss for all returned shoes are the client’s responsibility. We suggest that the client insure all returns.
